Welcome to our Shipping Policy page! Here at our nursery, we specialize in Trichocereus cacti and seeds, and we’re thrilled to be shipping our beautiful plants to customers across the world.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times: We use tracked and reliable shipping methods to ensure that your plants arrive in top condition. All orders are shipped from our nursery in Spain. Orders to Europe typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping, while orders to the United States usually take 1-3 weeks. We provide customers with a tracking number so you can follow your order as it travels to you.

Buffer Time: We take great care to make sure that our plants arrive healthy and happy. To avoid rot during shipping, we allow a buffer time of 7 days for cuttings to dry before shipping. This extra time ensures that your plants will be in excellent condition upon arrival.

Customs : Please note customers should be aware that any interception by customs is not our responsibility. While this is a rare occurrence, we want to make sure our customers are aware of the potential risks involved with shipping to certain locations.
