Welcome to our Shipping Policy!
We’re happy to share our passion for Trichocereus cacti and seeds with collectors and growers around the world. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped directly from our nursery in Spain.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
All orders are shipped using tracked postal service (Correos) to ensure your plants arrive safely and in good condition.

Europe: Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks after dispatch.

United States: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks after dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.
Preparation & Buffer Time
To ensure your plants arrive healthy, all cuttings are allowed to dry for approximately 7 days before shipping.
This buffer period prevents excess moisture during transit, reducing the risk of rot and ensuring your plants are strong and ready to root upon arrival.
Import Responsibility & Customs Disclaimer (Important for U.S. Customers)
All international customers, including those in the United States, are fully responsible for understanding and complying with their local import regulations before placing an order.
While we make every effort to ensure smooth delivery, please note the following:

The buyer assumes all responsibility for importing live plants or seeds into their country.

Customs inspection, delay, or confiscation is outside of our control, and we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders seized, destroyed, or refused by customs authorities.

This policy applies particularly to U.S. customers, as U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may occasionally inspect or restrict the import of live plant material.
That said, customs issues are rare, and we maintain a very high success rate for deliveries to the United States and other international destinations.
Refunds & Reshipments
We stand behind the quality of our plants and take care to ensure they arrive healthy.
We will offer a refund or reshipment only in the following cases:

If your plants arrive rotten or severely damaged due to shipping conditions.

If your parcel is returned to us by the postal service in its original, unopened condition.
To request a refund or reshipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
