At GCG we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality cacti plants. Due to the nature of our products, which are perishable items, we have a strict refund policy that we would like to make our customers aware of.
All cacti plants purchased from our website are considered final sale, and we do not accept any returns or refunds for any reason except in 2 cases: 1) in the case of severe rotting of the plant upon arrival. If you receive a cactus that is severely rotten, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged plant. 2) In the event that your order is intercepted and destroyed by customs. Documentation is needed to support this circumstance.
In such cases, we will issue a 50% coupon code for your next purchase on our website. This coupon code will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be applied to any product available on our website.
Please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements for cacti that have been damaged or rotting due to neglect, improper care, or mishandling after delivery.
